Refund policy

At Sport Drink, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations. Below is our return policy for our electrolyte powder supplement:

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any Sport Drink that has been opened. This policy ensures the integrity of our products and the health of our customers.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at helperdennis@sport-drink.com to initiate a return. Please have your order number and purchase details ready for faster processing.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your product.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all paperwork, and accessories.
  4. Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  5. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be processed.
  • If the product is returned opened, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sport-drink.com and send your item to the return address provided.
